The exact flower head screw that mounts the speakers to your Wurlitzer 200A are tough to come by. These screws have the same head design, and a slightly larger #8 bolt gauge. This requires the hole in the lid to be enlarged ever-so-slightly.
Use these screws to replace or upgrade your lid speaker screws.
Other styles of speaker screws are also available. Screws for mounting 200a speakers can be found here. Screws for mounting 700 speakers can be found here. Screws for mounting 8” round speakers in 200-series cabinet models, such as 206 and 214, can be found here.
These types of ornamental rosette head screws are also found in classic amplifiers, such as the Fender Pro amps from the 1950s. Check your amp baffle to be sure that 1” will reach through the front baffle and the speaker basket.
These flower head screws have long been scarce, and solid brass ones like this even more so. Supplies are limited.
