We are happy to lend our experience repairing electronic pianos. From free email consultations to one-on-one video calls, we have several options for troubleshooting support and consultations.

Email consultations

Just acquired a Wurlitzer or Rhodes that needs repair, and not sure where to start? Troubleshooting a specific concern about your keyboard? Have questions about our parts offerings? We are happy to suggest parts, tools, and how-to guides that can help make your keyboard feel and sound better. To get started, fill out the form below.

There is no charge for email consultations. However, if your question requires a detailed answer, such as a step-by-step demonstration of a repair procedure, we may recommend a video call instead.

Video consultations

We are happy to provide remote assistance for your Wurlitzer or Rhodes project via video call. Video calls are a good option if

  • you would like detailed, real-time help evaluating your keyboard and diagnosing problem areas

  • you have purchased parts, such as felt or jack springs, and would like a one-on-one demonstration on how to install them

  • you would like one-on-one advice on modifying or optimizing your keyboard for recording, performance, or another application

Video calls are billed at our hourly rate ($195/hr).
